All orders ship from our little studio in Manila, Philippines.

When will my order ship?

We're always working on getting your orders out as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 2-10 business days, though there may be delays around sales. You will get a notification once your order has shipped.

When will my order arrive?

International orders are shipped with a tracking number via My Kartero

My Kartero Premium Shipping: 15-20 days

Do you accept returns/ exchanges?

We are currently not accepting returns unless you receive damaged items. While we make sure to package orders correctly, mistakes can happen, so feel free to contact us if you have problems with your order.

What currency will I be charged in?

All items are priced in Philippine Peso (PHP). Your local currency will be displayed on the website. The total amount of your order will be shown in PHP throughout the checkout process.

Can I cancel my order?

Don't worry! You can cancel your order any time before it ships. Once the item ships, we cannot cancel or modify your order.

EU CUSTOMERS

Starting July 1, 2021, the EU will be subject to new VAT rules. EU customers will have to pay VAT plus handling/clearance fees before receiving their package. Wimzi will not collect VAT on orders shipped to the EU.
