Character Creator - Terms and Conditions
You are advised to read this Terms and Conditions before purchasing our digital products or services. By placing an order for digital products or services, it is assumed that you have read these Terms and Conditions and you agree to be bound by it.
DELIVERY
No physical product will be sent to you. All digital products will be delivered online as a downloadable file. You acknowledge that delivery of the product in that format represents full and final delivery of the purchased product.
NO REFUND
There are no refunds and/or exchanges in respect of all digital products purchased.
COPYRIGHT
We do not sell the copyrights in any of our digital products/designs including visuals, illustrations, words, and pictures. You acknowledge that all rights in our property will remain with us and you may not resell, redistribute and claim ownership rights in our digital products.
Permissions for Personal Use

☑ Profile Picture for your personal social media accounts.
Restricted Uses for Personal Use
- You cannot share the access code with anyone.
- You must not redistribute, sub-license, sell, rent or claim the graphics presented and available for download on Whimsical Cat Studio as your own.
- You must not upload the graphics to any stock image websites.
- You cannot offer modified versions of our graphics for download.
- You should not use the graphics to create hateful, offensive, and unlawful content.

You must combine our graphics with other design elements to create a new flattened design that is significantly different from the original graphics purchased. This also applies to social media posts, blog posts, website graphics, etc.
- You must not upload the graphics to any stock image websites.
- You cannot offer modified versions of our graphics for download.
- You should not use the graphics to create hateful, offensive, and unlawful content.
